Few months have passed already, and I was able to only write about our 3D2N Bohol Itinerary & Budget article. In this blog post, I'll be sharing more pictures of our Bohol Countryside Tour which consists of the following destinations: Blood Compact Site, Baclayon Church, Loboc River, Tarsier Sanctuary, Hanging Bridge, Man-made Forest, Butterfly Sanctuary and Chocolate Hills.
Hope you enjoy our photos. :)
Bohol Countryside Tour |
Blood Compact Site
Located at Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, this site was made in honor of an important event in the Philippine History between Legaszpi of Spain and Rajah Sikatuna of Bohol, which is commonly known as Sandugo.

Baclayon Church
The Church of Immaculada Concepcion in Baclayon (commonly known as Baclayon) is considered one of the oldest churches in the country. The church is built out of coral stones. When a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck Central Visayas, the church was heavily damaged.
Witnessed how badly damaged the church is. :( |
Another photo taken inside the Church... |
As mentioned, this Church is made out of coral stones. Look closely, and zoom in the photo. |
We were only able to take photos inside the Church and around this area. Cameras are not allowed inside the museum. |

Loboc River
My partner and I had lunch at the famous Loboc River's Floating restaurant. Really enjoyed the food and the scenic view.

Made of bamboo, this bridge hangs approximately 20 meters above the Loboc River.
